At Cassio Jumae, we take great care in crafting our edible crystal gems. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, we want you to have the best possible experience, so please read the conditions below for refunds and replacements.
1. No Returns
As our products are edible, we cannot accept returns for hygiene and safety reasons. Please ensure your order is correct before completing your purchase.
2. Refunds & Replacements
We will consider refunds or replacements in the following cases:
Incorrect Order: If you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic proof. We will either replace the item or issue a refund.
Damaged or Defective Items: If your product arrives in an unacceptable condition, please provide clear photos within 48 hours of delivery. We will review the case and may issue a refund or replacement at our discretion.
3. Shipping Liability
Once your order has been handed over to the shipping provider, we are no longer responsible for any delays, losses, or damages that occur during transit. Any shipping-related issues should be addressed directly with the carrier.

Clear photographic evidence
We will review your request and respond as soon as possible.
5. Exceptions
We do not offer refunds or replacements for:
Change-of-mind returns
Items not reported within 48 hours of delivery
Products damaged due to improper handling or storage after delivery
